Job Skills / Requirements
Shift Lead reports directly to the site supervisor.
Duties include but are not limited to taking the lead on a wide variety of general cleaning tasks such as cleaning of rest rooms, break rooms, lobby & security areas, stairwells, sweeping, mopping,, dusting, spot cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming and floors care. Ensuring the organizational assignment duties are completed during shifts. Operates a variety of building maintenance equipment. Assist with ongoing training of staff teams. Takes direct responsibility for supervision of building during the building supervisor's absences. Takes corrective action as directed by the supervisor. Performs any and all other duties as assigned.
A successful candidate for this position will have clear prior lead experience, communication skills, strong work ethic, organizational and directional skills along with a positive TEAM attitude.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
