Maintenance Technician
The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Thursday.

What You Will Do In Your Role
Essential Functions:
o Inspect machinery to diagnose malfunctions in equipment, repair replace defective equipment as necessary.
o Test and repair malfunctioning production equipment/machinery and notify appropriate personnel.
o Perform routine maintenance on equipment including press breaks, stamping presses, turrets, laser cutting, water jet, pem inserters, CNC, mills, air compressors and dryers, rooftops, boilers, etc.
o Perform Preventative Maintenance, help with improving our documentation and take ownership in making sure our equipment is functioning at optimal levels.
o Repair and diagnose issues on all equipment within the facility.
o Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using electrical drawings, DMM, or phone support.
o Maintains current knowledge and actively addresses safety and environmental issues.
o Good understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot common issues all the way up to hydraulic systems.
o Be able to work independently and make critical decisions on repairs with minimal supervision.
o Assemble and install equipment using hand and power tools, welder, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, etc.
o Perform other duties as assigned The Experience You Will Bring Requirements:

High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.

years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC.
